  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items. After 30 days, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be:
    • New and Unused: Items must be in their original, unused condition. This means they should be free from any signs of wear, damage, scratches, or alterations.
    • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all original tags, labels, manuals, and accessories. The packaging should be in good condition, suitable for resale. If the original packaging is damaged or missing, a restocking fee may apply (see section 4).
    • Assembly Status: Items that have been fully or partially assembled may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective (see section 3). We strongly recommend inspecting all parts before beginning assembly.
    • Mattresses and Bedding: For hygiene reasons, mattresses, mattress protectors, pillows, and other bedding items are typically not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or unopened in their original sealed packaging. Please check the specific product description for any exceptions.
  • Exclusions: Certain items may be excluded from our standard return and exchange policy. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page. Common exclusions include:
    • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Items that are custom-made, personalized, or made to your specific specifications are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
    • Clearance or Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale” are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
    • The reason for the return or exchange
    • Photos of the item if it is damaged or defective (highly recommended)
  • Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s). Do not return items without an RA number, as we may not be able to process your return.
  • Packaging and Shipping:
    • Carefully repack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all original tags, labels, manuals, and accessories.
    • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support team.
    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, please:
    • Note the damage on the delivery receipt (if applicable).
    • Take photos of the damage, including the packaging and the item itself.

  • Resolution: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Options may include:
    • Replacement: We may offer to replace the item with a new one, free of charge.
    • Repair: We may arrange for a repair of the item.
    • Refund: If a replacement or repair is not possible, we may offer a full refund.
  • Return Shipping: If a return is necessary due to damage or defect, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility requirements, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
